Are you open on weekends?
Our showroom in Hatton Garden operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends.

What's the difference between a jewellery valuation and a jewellery report?
- Jewellery Valuation: Provides detailed information about your piece along with a recommended retail price, primarily for insurance purposes.
- Jewellery Report: Offers insights into the characteristics of your jewellery without assigning a monetary value, useful for understanding the piece’s attributes.
Can you assess a diamond that's set in a ring?
Absolutely. We offer a service to carefully unset your diamond for thorough examination. After the assessment, we’ll securely reset it. This process depends on the setting and may incur a small additional fee.
I'm visiting from outside London. Can I get same-day service?
While we aim to accommodate all clients, same-day documentation may not always be feasible. We will conduct the necessary assessments during your appointment and mail the official documents to you within 2–5 working days
